Ceriano Laghetto Profile
The Ceriano Laghetto site (formerly named Alchymars SpA), was established in 1958 and it has therefore a long lasting tradition in development and manufacture of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for human and veterinary use. The manufacturing unit consists of a multipurpose organic synthesis plant which operates under cGMP in accordance to strictest regulatory requirements and in compliance with local environment regulations. Thanks to its sophisticated equipments and technologies the Ceriano Laghetto site specializes in high value/low volume products and in process development from grams to hundred kg lots.
The Ceriano Laghetto site was first inspected by the US FDA in late 1985 and its facilities – fully complying with GMPs – are routinely audited by the Italian Ministry of Health and international clients.
